Well after rain stopped play yesterday (chucked it down here) I've just got in after doing W6R3. Never ever thought I could do this. Even picked up the pace in the final minute. A quick healthy chicken salad the off for an hour's yoga at 8. I love this programme. Bring on week 7 🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼
