Second time around....

First time posting on here, but it's the second time around for the podcasts! How daft is this though - I got as far as Week 9, feeling great, no real injuries or anything, and then tried to sprint in the parents race at school sports day and strained my achilles tendon! So seven weeks off, and I've effectively had to start again.....

Anyway, I'm about to do Week 4 and found this because I was hoping to find out who did the "fields and trees and the flowers in bloom" song on Week 3 - has anyone found out? I tend to run along the towpath, and it matched the scenery perfectly!

The songs were put together by Audiofuel I think so details might be on their website

Pity about your injury so near to Graduation! What a flippin load of bad luck that was. You're back now though so can crack on anew. I run along a tow path sometimes and it's lovely int it. Bit crowded sometimes but hey ho

Good luck. Go steady!

Oh no! It's great that you're trying again though. You never know, you may be able to move through the programme pretty comfortably now as your muscles will remember what was expected and your fitness may build quicker this time round. Enjoy it!
