Good! Stick at it. It takes a while for momentum to gather but more exercise should help if you stick with your healthy eating plan
Hi there Mac, this is exactly what I did, I lost 11lb on the health plan, and then did the C25K. I think there's a lot of sense in doing things for so many weeks to establish a habit. All the best with the C25K
