5K+ Stamina, correction I meant Speed!

Having done Stepping Stones 3 times I was trying to decide whether to do Stamina or Speed. As it was raining quite hard, I went for the 26 minute one, Speed. Quite a hard workout, alternating a short fast run with a slower one, but I enjoyed it and plan to do it again.

Once my legs are up to it I will be trying the stamina podcast. Hoping to build up to 10k but need to strenghten calf muscles.

Good for you! I ran these to death! I still run them if they pop up on my playlist. They help build running legs. Bit weird as they are slow, fast, slower, in no apparent order but they're meant to keep your legs guessing. Quite a long podcast so you get a good workout

I mistyped. I meant Speed, which explained why I didn't understand misswobble's comment!

Report on Stamina to follow!

I really enjoyed all three of the c25k + podcasts Sue. Laura is very helpful on these and chips in loads. Plus although the music is weird running to a beat is helpful. My technique improved a lot doing them. Just couldn't gain any distance.😊

Yes, I have enjoyed all of the podcasts, right from day one. I think I am in the minority when I say I didn't mind any of the music - well there was one short track I found hard to run to - week 8 maybe?

None of it would be my choice of music but it certainly does the job
