Easing back in...

After graduation I increased distance to 8k then sustained a calf injury. 2 weeks out on IC and been easing myself back in to running this week. Third 20 minute run much better than previous 2. Slow still but felt good. Do you like my new shoes ?! Anniversary present 😊.

Great. I've been laid off with a calf injury too and I'm thinking today might be the day when I slip off the IC and test it out a bit.
