Never thought I'd run for three minutes but today was fine! About to do my weekly weigh in... gulp.

Well done! Hope the scales tell you good things, but measure too - I started a diet with C25K and I'm finding the weight is coming off much slower than when I usually diet, but the tape measure and my clothes are saying much nicer things to me! I don't know the physics but I guess its fat being replaced with muscle?

Yeah, muscles definitely weigh more than fat. In my 20's I was a dancer and I weighed almost as much as i do now but my dresses were 2 sizes smaller.

Well done on the run and good luck with the weigh in. I lost 2 stone at the beginning of the programme (mainly through diet but exercise sure helped) I haven't lost any for a couple of months but have reduced another dress size - yippee 😀
