I done a full 5K

So yesterday i done the 5K i was aiming for whilst doing this C25K and yes i walked some of it i ran when i could and completed it so im really happy with that my training had slowed down a bit in the past month cos of other comittments but im gonna get back into training and get to the point where i can run the full 5K next year 😀

Thanks and it can be a fair distance to walk too especially during the summer cos even my water got warm half way through which wasnt good but im sure you'll go further than you think
