Another week and the start of another running adventure. It was raining this morning as I was running. That light rain that soaks you through. And so it did this morning.
The runs went well and the recovery was good too. This is getting to me as I cannot wait for running days to come around. But I will stick to the plan and take my rest days in between runs.

Good girl! Time you went to Specsavers I am a 62 year old, bald, fat bloke. E I guess Nightingale is a kind of girlie name. But it is the name of our local hospice.
So sorry!!!! Brain addled..been digging out for slab laying..now laid..got very very wet..huge apologies for that! I am 66...not bald..or fat...and female...and completely shattered now!
Two of us on the swing? Mmmmm Don't rock the boat Floss, it might not .......... too late! It's ok on the floor but I can't see over the rail now. Another julep? Ah lovely ...
It seems as if I am. Only hope that I can maintain it once I have completed the plan. Previously I have stopped running as I was always pushing myself to go faster and futher all the time. That's why I am not bothering with pace or distance run this time.
