Wk3, Run 2 completed today

On Monday I thought my lungs were being ripped out after run 1 - that first 3 minute run (or slow jog in my case) seemed endless, but today it was a little easier. It was still hard and I haven't quite got the route right so I end up back at home at the end of the 5 minute cool down, but I'm getting there.

It continues to amaze me how the progression happens - well done, I hope run 3 is just as successful!

Congratulations.  I'm on week 7 now but of all the runs so far, week 3 and running 3 minutes seemed the hardest part for me.  After overcoming that every other run has seemed possible
