Feeling really tired.  Don't know whether it's the back to work feeling after holidays, the effect of reduced calories, the stiff cross wind complete with sea spray, or a combination of all of the above!

Maybe some empty calories will help!

Don't go for empty calories it just makes it worse, I speak from experience!

Well done!  Just 3 more runs to go and you're there!  

Your tiredness could be a combination of any of those things but I think a lot of people are tired at the moment.  It seems everyone I talk to is tired and/or suffering from lack of motivation.  I put a lot of it down to that seasonal transition between winter and spring.  Not quite out of the woods yet but a sunny day does so much to lift the spirits!

never thought I would say that. Still slow but feel nice and consistent and balanced.
