Had a great run tonight, even sped up for the last 3 minute interval and felt like I could have run longer. I found week 2 run 3 really hard, so today was a great relief.

Super that you had something left too... that means you are slow and steady and following the programme... try not to push yourself, speed and distance comes much later...listen to Laura and you will be fine.
Thank you, we only sped up for the last bit because we felt we could and we were enjoying it, wouldn't have dared at any other point. Sadly, I don't have Laura, but I do have a friend to run with so I am very lucky
Well done! I got up early this morning to do my W3R1 was a bit anxious about the 3min runs.. But took it slowly and was surprised how much I enjoyed it!!
Cool, well done. I'm like you, thought uh-oh to the 3 min run, but this is a tried and tested programme, so I feel we're in good hands. Good luck for w3r2, I'm doing mine tomorrow.
