I'm on the IC!!!

After the tiredness from W6R2 the other night I woke up the following day feeling pretty good and felt positive about the next run.  Went to Liverpool for the morning and was having a good time when I suddenly got severe stomach pain.  So had to go home and spent the rest of the day on the couch.  Not much better today and it definitely feels buggy, so am lying on the couch watching Leicester City instead of being out running in the sun!  Hopefully it will clear off soon and I'll be back running in a few days.  So frustrating but probably explains my tiredness on Friday night!

Rest up..the run will wait :)

At least it's presented itself now and you know what happened after that run :)

Rest until you feel up for it. You won't see yourself 'going backwards' by taking the extra time but it is likely to mess your runs about for longer if you go out there, try too soon and don't succeed in run 3.

Good luck :)

I've budged up a bit to make a bit of room for you on the IC couch as I don't think I'll be leaving it for a few more days yet!  Hope you fell better soon xx

Yep - a week now with a blinder of a cold and still no end in sight.  I was hoping I would have graduated before I start my Macmillan challenge in May but may have to do both at the same time :)  Ah well - literally done zero exercise this week but lost 5lb being ill - swings and roundabouts!!

Oh no, hope you're feeling better soon!

I took an extra couple of days off between w5r3 and w6r1 and felt so much better for it so hopefully you will too.

I'm going for w6r2 either tomorrow or Tuesday.
