Having achieved  20 mins of running on Friday (week 5 run 3) is the podcast for week 6 correct as back to shorter runs with walks in between ?

Yes I think it's meant to build you up slowly then have a bit of a rest before moving forward again, while still keeping your fitness level :)

We all asked that question at your stage in the programme, please believe me it's like that for a reason, what reason I do'nt know but it works, do'nt be tempted to stray from the programme thats how people get injured. Good luck.
