my how time flies already in week 4, enjoyed todays run and wanted to run on after last 5 minute run but obeyed my promise to follow Laura from now on in. was chuffed when she said I had run more than I walked and had run in all for 16 mins felt like a real achievement from my 8 one minute runs in week 1. Achilles pain is going away to replaced by tight calf and thing muscles but in a good way ;)

hope you are al doing well

Well done on starting week 4 and for sticking to the run times.  There will be plenty of opportunity to run for longer soon enough!
