Didn't like it. The pace is far too slow. I'll try Speed tomorrow.

I agree - I tried it this morning (my first run after Sunday's graduation) and it was to slow for me too. To keep in time I would have to extend my stride and Laura said 'short and quick', so I decided to just do my own pace. Not sure about the music either! Yes, I thought I would try 'speed' next. Keep posting your updates. When did you graduate?

I love em! I run them all the time.  They bring your running on really well.  Slow runs are good for your leg strength.  You could try it again, starting at the bottom of a hill. I was thinking that this morning as I was chugging up a big hill to a stupidly fast bit of music.

I never managed to get my legs to move in time to 'Stepping Stones' either! Got to love the other 2 'plus podcasts though,  good memories of bouncing along to them on holiday and would like to find more stuff like that...they are lots better!
