Today I did w6r2 it was a struggle so I ended up altering the runs and walks I still ran the same time maybe more but I struggled with that first 10 mins my calves absolutely killed and cramped up still did it though think I will repeat w6r1 and R2 don't feel ready for run 3 yet.

Lots of people struggle with W6R1 and W6R2 after the high of W5R3, so please don't be too hard on yourself
As for the 25 min W6R3, don't underestimate yourself and take some confidence from completing the 20 min W5R3. I imagine your calves are sore because your legs are still getting used to this running lark.
You're more ready for this than you know - your body is stronger than you think.
