To week 5 run two in ... it's says on the C25k APP.. intervals are 5 min warm up.. then jog for 3quarters of a mile or 8mins..walk for half mile or five mins ect.. question is... which will Laura cut in at? Suppose whichever I achieve first? Thanks x

it's all done on time (the distance just gives you an indication of how far you might get - I assume for route planning purposes)
