One word, TOUGH, 22mph head wind ! the first 90sec. run was fine, but then the 3 minute run, how long can 3 minutes last ? has she lost her voice ? has the battery gone flat on my phone ? never been so glad to hear someone say "run now".

On the way back all was much better, a following wind and I did it.

Well done Patrick. C25K is a wonderful program. Just listen to Laura, and don't try to run too fast. Speed is of no importance until after you graduate. The important thing is running for the times that Laura tells you.

So many of us started C25K for health reasons, thinking we hated running, and have ended up addicted to running and thoroughly loving it. Well done for sticking with it. You are going to love it :)
