Thanks for supportive posts over the weekend 
I went out today, turned the volume up, owned my Lycra, my breathing and my snail plodding pace... and managed the whole thing without stopping I actually couldn't believe how fast the second 5 minute run passed- must have been the endorphins kicking in lol! Happy day
