I completed Week 1 Run 3 today. As I had deviated from my original (very flat) route, I realised what a difference even the slightest incline can make. It took much more out of me but felt great when I didn't quit, even as I was coughing up a storm! On to Week 2 on Sunday. Whoo hoo!

Well done on completing week 1 inclines/hills are best to be avoided where you can at this stage , you will eventually come to see them as your friend , not to sure how long that takes though but hey ho lol,

Well done! I've found that many routes you thought were flat when walking, feel like Mount Everest when running! But then, it's so nice to come back down those hills again!

Ha. Well done celtprof. We quickly learned that slopes were a no no and found a flatter place to run too.

Thought use let you know celtprof. I done it! The 90 seconds are tough but I found not as tough as those first 60 seconds runs on first week run one so go for it tomorrow..you can do it !! X
