Week4 run 2 complete still struggling to get my breathing correct when I think about it I end up out of breath very easy but when I don't I'm ok but 1 more run to go this week 😀

Take it slower if you feel out of breath. Try not to go too fast.
It's the other way around for me - I have to consciously concentrate on my breathing otherwise I forget to control it and then it just goes haywire and I'm struggling halfway through. The breathing techniques do work quite well, if you remember to do them!! I'm doing W4R3 tonight and am finding it ok so far. Best of luck with your next run x
