Managed 7km in 38mins with the help of some new tracks.

Loved Come on Eileen by Dexy's midnight runners (appropriate!) if my name was actually Eileen I think it would have spurred me on to 8k!!

Wahay! Amazing how music can gee you up. Great track that is! I might give that one a whirl. I was saved by Jo Jo Gunn and Kenny Loggins the other day when I nearly stalled.

When all the running was done and I was cooling down I was soothed very nicely by Paul Simon's "Still Crazy" Ah, bliss

Funnily enough, I've just done 7.24km this lunchtime in 37 minutes - very similar pace.
