I have just completed run 2, and I actually found it easier than run 1. This is the first time I have ever jogged and I am at least 2 stone overweight.
I feel so chuffed with myself, I feel on a high at the moment, and I can't wait until Friday for R3.
So glad I bought a treadmill and found Couch to 5K.
My walking speed was 3.7 mph and jogging 4.2
