I have just completed run 2, and I actually found it easier than run 1. This is the first time I have ever jogged and I am at least 2 stone overweight.

I feel so chuffed with myself, I feel on a high at the moment, and I can't wait until Friday for R3.

So glad I bought a treadmill and found Couch to 5K.

My walking speed was 3.7 mph and jogging 4.2

Well done! But maybe slow down the jogging.. Take it easy!😊

Thanks for your reply. What speed do you suggest for jogging as my brisk walking is 3.7 mph.

Never jogged before, but at least I am enjoying it.

Forget about numbers for now during c25k, just brisk walk & jog, and do what Laura say's.. As you progress through the programme try and pickup the speed for the last 20-30 secs of the run if you have anything left in the tank..
