I've not run very much at all for the past 2 months or so (persistent achilles problems) but it's been getting much better and I was determined to start the year in the right way, so popped out for a rather boring and uneventful 2 1/2 miles in 24 minutes around the local streets this morning. Not as cold as I thought it would be and my ankles feel pretty ok post-run. The new Tom Tom Running watch did its stuff too. Just need to up the distance now for the London Winter Run
