Did first run of week 3 on Monday and found it surprisingly achievable! (Never thought I'd say that)
Missed run today as too busy but finally got out rather late evening and just brisk walked for 30 mins - I found I actually missed running today as hadn't done it!
All the advice about slowing my pace in order to keep going has really helped. Thank you.

It is hard to keep rest days, sometimes I have been itching to run. However, I just read about running instead and happy I did rest because that helped me to get through the programme! Julie 😀
