I completed the first week of runs but then unfortunately my father-in-law died and the running went out the window. I've just done Wk2 R1 and feel great. I'm really pleased I've got back into it. I'm not a runner but I'd love to try and be one!

Sorry to hear about your father-in-law but good for you in starting again and well done in getting to week 2. I would say that most of us never thought of ourselves as runners but you're off the couch and running so therefore you're a runner. Enjoy the ride.
