Well another run since graduation 😆I even managed 5k today which I've not been able to do when our on my own. It took 40 minutes, Which is 2 minutes quicker than when I did it a few weeks ago with my hubby 😆. Think it might take me a while to get it to 30 minutes! But never mind. All that matters is I'm doing it and loving it 👍

Well done indeed Niknok!

You are so right - all that matters is that you are out there running, you've not lost your momentum post graduation and you are, in fact, loving it! YAY!

Cool runnings to you!

Well done Niknok. Enjoying your running is the most important thing, the stopwatch can only ever be a nice bonus.

That's great. There's nothing wrong with 5K in 40 minutes. Have you considered going to your local parkrun on Saturday? (I know - the record is stuck - I keep repeating myself). At 40 minutes you will be fine (as long as you don't expect to be first in the coffee shop queue after - there may be a couple of folks in front of you).

Great job. Nice respectable time there :)

I agree with Adam - a Parkrun might be a good next step. I think I'm going to venture to my local again this weekend :)
