Week 1 run 3

Finally my legs feel fully recovered so I went for my last run of week 1.I have to admit that it was easier this time, but still don't feel very confident in one minute jogs so will go probably for one extra on Tuesday to make sure I really can finish it without stopping at all :) I took all your advice in and took it slower this time (2.84km) and I did much better than last time :) Even my legs don't hurt...which is the biggest win :) It's sometimes hard to get my bottom from the sofa and go,but I am so proud of myself after each run :)

Well done for getting this far. I have just completed the second week although it has taken over two weeks to complete as I have been giving two days rest in between to help my body recover from the shock! It does seem to work doesn't it as long as you take it steady.

Thank you :-) It's a really good feeling to know I can do it ,because when I downloaded the app I thought I would not manage to get through week one :)

Well done Kat. No harm in repeating a run if you think that's best but I m sure you would be fine if you moved on to week 2.

Well done. I ached like mad after each run for the first 'week' which took me much more than a week as I couldn't move for a couple of days after each run! It will get better. Why not give the first run of Week 2 a go, and see how you get on? I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised ...

I repeated week 1 twice - the whole week, because I was so lame when I started lol. I'm now very ready (mentally probably more than physically) to tackle w2r1 tomorrow evening
