Can't beleive I'm starting week 9. Did those first 8 weeks fly by or what? Looking forward to week nine and hoping I can complete it without too much stress.

Well done, I completed W 8 Run 2 this morning.

It was the first day I have heard the rain hitting the bedroom window, the "head and bed" gremlins popped up and said "Do you really want to do this?". Got up and the rain changed to nothing more than a drizzle. Run 2 was OK today, got my running socks on the correct feet this time and no Calf pain.

Bring on week 9.
