Really pleased with myself. Did my usual 5K run and did my best time, 33mins. Not bad for a 14stone bloke, who's 64 next month.
So if there are any Senior people out there that are new to this Podcast, this shows YOU can do it. Stick at it and listen to Laura. Cheers, Mel.

Good on you -- that is about the pace that this 68YO does 5K in. Slow but steady!! I would never have dreamed that I would be running 5Klm "races" at my age - at any pace!!

Well done Coope - bet you don't know many people your age who can do that!

Vixchile Graduate in reply to Hidden 9 years ago You will get to that target, the secret really is to get the miles under the belt. Sure you can do other things to help but you are definitely in reaching distance of getting that time. Happy running
