Local 'Park runners'....????

Hi I run alone & just wondered if anyone on this forum does the Clumber Park (Nottinghamshire), Newark or Lincoln Parkruns? I'm on week 8 and have done one Parkrun with a friend who has been running for 2 years but haven't ventured back alone!!!

I nearly did the Clumber Park one last year while visiting my sister, but on closer inspection of the course online I decided to be a wimp and do the Mansfield one instead (pretty much completely flat). I agree with JJ though - if you just go along and join in you'll be fine.

I have been to a few parkruns in different places and they are all v friendly. Coventry is my local one, which I do whenever I can. I do not mind running them on my own as they are all v friendly and they encourage everyone.
