ZOMFG

Lats are something found in the woodshed.

Speaking of laaaaatays dahling. My husband bought coffee from a stall while I was running round Clumber t'other day. He was asked if he wanted almonds and marshmallows!!!!!!! Whaaaaaat!!! He's rather grumpy so replied that "he wanted coffee!" We must be getting old

I'm entirely in accord with your husband. If I want a cup of frothy milk and sugar I would ask for it. Coffee should be as bitter as a convention of my ex wives, black as their hearts and have the consistency of road tar.

You should try a golf ball with your back against a wall. Gets into all the nooks and crannies!

I've done it with a tennis ball

I've done that once. I had to go to the osteopath to mend my poor muscles. I think osteopaths are better than self induced torture!

Oooh yes it does. I used it for my painful ankle. Golf ball that is, not coffee

I tried foam rollering my glutes but couldn't work out how the hell I was supposed to move backwards and forwards without falling off. Complete disaster!! The tennis ball was just way too painful

balls are good for small areas. Rollers are better for large areas. Not that I am suggesting your glutes area large area, Sparkle, but 4000 pressups and squats and 2000 pullups into my upper body schedule, my lats are. It isn't small knots but overall muscle soreness I am working out.

Back and shoulders day again tomorrow. Hurrah!
