Newbie(ish!) C2 5k end in sight!

Have read other posts but 1st time posting myself!

Had got up to week 8. Then got calf injury! Laid up for 4 weeks. But went out this morning and chuffed to bits that leg was fine and managed 28 minutes too! Went super slow but back on track and end is in sight. Me a runner-weird!!
