I feel good, do-da-do-da-da-daaa... I knew that I would now!
Felt so apprehensive when I went out but as soon as I started jogging (slowly) I knew quitting was NOT an option. thrilled to bits I am

Oh my, that is wonderful! I bet you feel so fantastic. A whole 20 minutes, that is HUGE!!!!! You'll be smiling all day
Absolutely. No quitting, ever. Unless your leg falls off or summat!
Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself. If you can enjoy it then that's half the battle
Keep up the good work missus!
Well done! Exactly how I feel at having completed Week 3....
Thank you,
I'm a sneaky peaker and had looked at this week prior to starting it (also looked at week 6 and see intervals again and wondering why its a curve ball, but we will see on Sunday ) and this sneaky peaking made me all nervous and anxious but I just kept plodding along and I am thrilled
Anyone that has read my posts will know that I HAVE ran in the past (with my partner ) BUT always went out and did a 25 minute run, no warm up walk first and managed three times a week for two weeks and then packed up as i HATED it... I have to say, this time, I am actually enjoying it. I am thinking this is because the programme builds up your lung capacity and stamina?? Either way, it works and I'm a happy bunny
