Glad you are sufficiently recovered to restart with week 1 already under your belt. Good luck with the rest of the programme but do take care of yourself.

I love your va va voooom Josie Jo! Well done for thrashing out week 1. Week 2 watch out - JJ is coming to whoop yo assssss!!!!

Rahhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Week 2 Run 1 completed today out in the storm and the heaviest rain I think I have ever seen !!!!! I was wearing the most ridiculous of those head umbrellas - you know the ones that fix round your head and cover your face like a space ship !!!! haha utterly ridiculous I think I must have looked and the thing kept sliding around and I got soaked!!!! Thunder and lightening and at one point I thought maybe this was a really bad idea??? But I tell you all what, I had a great jog and didn't need a shower afterwards!!! (I did really) and it was a great feeling out there running in the rain.

Well foot is holding up and breathing is all better this time around, looking forward to starting my job tomorrow will let you all know how I get on and keep you updated with my progress in week 2 !!!! Hoooorah see you all soon xx

PS thank you all so much for your wonderful replies and encouragement !!!!
