Yesterday I did the final week 6 run and ran for 25 minutes and yesterday I was fine but today one of my legs is burning and aching and feels all jelly like, I did the proper cool down exercises but this leg today is really really bothering me, has anyone got any advice?

If it's still there tomorrow go and see a doctor!
It could be totally unrelated to your running, but better have it checked out.
Hope it turns out to be something very benign.

See your GP m'dear. My legs often feel a bit wobbly at the end of a run if I stop abruptly rather than slowing to a stop, but that always passes after a few seconds. Something that's gone on for 24hours needs investigating properly. Good luck, hope it's nothing
