Hi all, I planed go outside in my 2nd run, but rainy autumn evening here, I did the run in the treadmill, it was good!! Now waiting for R3, next Friday, maybe outside if weather goes better. I agree with all of you, Laura helps a lot!

Well done on completing run2 - but next time, don't let the rain stop you from getting outside. Running in the rain is more fun than you think!
I used to be worried about the rain but its refreshing and mixes things up a little too. Advice though is if you usually go on grass change it up to paths, much safer.
Well done for still getting it done though, could of been very tempting to not do it at all
