Hi Jol. I felt (and still feel) the same about week 5. Myself and a few others are just1run in front of you and we all generally felt that run 1 was quite comfortable. 2 and/or 3 might be a different kettle of fish but as I have been advised, take it slow, have faith in the program and keep positive.

Well done completing week 4. Try not to worry too much about week 5 - it isn't as bad as so many people believe and certainly not bad enough to cause the panic that it does. As usual, take things very slow and steady, keep calm and you will get through. Good luck and best wishes.
Hi! I'm at the same stage, I'm going to do W5 R1 tomorrow morning. It does feel like a big jump in terms of the length of time running for. I think the thing is to not think/worry about it beforehand. It's a well thought out programme and I can definately notice my stamina has increased, I'd be gutted if I can't do it, I've completed every run and that feels like an achievement. I'm sure you'll do it, let us know how you get on ! Good Luck
