Paced it a bit better this time. Only trouble was annoying trainer sock, must buy some new short socks so they dont creep down the back of my trainer. To all the C25Kers out there, keep at it.

Well done rkhooper. You're doing the right thing by doing this program. And get some short socks too - cos they'll be more comfortable. You will be amazed at how soon (usually around week 4) you feel DIFFERENT. More fit, healthier and generally a chirpy demeanour, so keep us in the loop as to your progress.

Well done on your second run of the programme. Trainer socks are not generally recommended as they do slip down and are jolly uncomfortable. Good luck with your next run - that will see the first week behind you. Best wishes.

I can recommend Karrimor Dri running socks, not too expensive from Sports Direct £2.50 for 2 pairs and have R and L difference that I really like. Good Luck
