W9R3 completed today - even went on for an extra minute! Have wanted to run all my life but could never get beyond first two weeks until I discovered C25K. Got to decide what I'm going to do next...Decisions, decisions!

Congrats! May I suggest giving the 5k+ runs a try, if you like the program structure? Or adding in some new workouts for strength and flexibility in between runs?

Congratulations! Feels wonderful, doesn't it?

Hang on, hang on. You can't do C25 k by train!!! It's cheating

Go back and run it please

Only kidding!!!! Wow! You did it! Well done Tintin. Your badge looks so you. Really suits you.

I'd go with the C25k plus podcasts too cos Laura does them and she's fab (as we all know) They are so good at moving you on with your running. Can't fault em

Well done! Great feeling isn't it. I'd echo the "do the 5k+" podcasts next - get you working on all aspects of your running and amazing things can happen :)

Hoorah!! Well done :D Good to read all the comments above as I just finished a week ago and am missing the structure and goal of the programme already. I repeated week 3, and found every run challenging!! Going to try the stepping stones podcast on Sunday. Enjoy your success x

Do you mean week 9? I am feeling a bit aimless without the programme too.

Yes sorry, week 9. I have been a graduate for just over a week and thought I would continue with the 30 min runs before moving on to whatever comes next... so I am working up to 5k because I am still a bit slow and then hills and speed after that..
