I did my first run last night which went really well but I only had the bloke on the app to listen to. Whenever I try to download the podcasts from the webpage it takes me to an unknown itunes page and I can't seem to find them anywhere else. Can anyone help please as I feel I'm missing out on Laura!

Can't Get Podcasts!!!
Congratulations on your first run!
I found I hit this problem when trying to get them direct to my phone. I've had to resort to getting them from the NHS website on my computer and then transferring them. Annoying, but it does work.
Brilliant thanks for that, I thought it was just me! I'll try and download to the laptop when I get in. Did you then just drop them into iTunes?
I don't know what phone you have, but I just ditched iTunes podcasts and downloaded the c25k app from the app store on my phone. It is free and gives really clear visual countdowns as well as Laura giving the verbal time markers. You can use your own music with it, or just play without music, Laura's comments still coming in. I changed phones in the middle of this programme and went from Android to Iphone and got the apps fine for both from the podcast store on iTunes menu. I guess it just depends what you prefer. Hope you manage to find something that works for you!
Hi Delilah, I have an iPhone and used the C25K app which I really liked as it was clear, straightforward and like you said, you can play your own music. I was just wondering what the podcasts were as everyone seems to be talking about using them. I seem to have a man talking on my app though!
If you search nhs c25k on the app store you should find Laura - the app logo is yellow with a little green man in the middle. There are other c25k apps out there so maybe you've picked up an alternative, although I'm sure they ae *almost* as good as Laura!
If you go to the iTunes Store and search for NHS Couch 25K you should find them OK.
I liked the NHS Couch to 5K podcasts that I downloaded from the website, with Laura and the Audiofuel music to run to. I don't care whether it's my normal listening type of music or not - it's the beat that I need to run to. I still alternate the three NHS C25K+ podcasts for my three runs each week - I can listen to my own music the rest of the time.
Thanks for all your help everyone. I've finally managed to find them on iTunes and will test it out tonight as it's W1R2!!! If if don't like it I've always I got the app to fall back on :0)
