Have started yet again - from the beginning, but not on the tredmill - outside. It's a real boost in the morning and sets me up for the day. I started W2 R1 today - and my breathing was fine - the only problem is my knees. Has anyone complete the programme with rheumatic knees? Did it improve? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has any experience. Thanks.

My knees hurt if I don't stretch after my run. So as soon as I have finished I do a little stretch and if it hurts a bit on the way home I stop and have another little stretch so far that has seen me through anything major to cope with. The best thing is to always listen to your body. I hope they are doing ok.
