totally have to agree, MALCY is C25Ks own little mascot, great comments of encouragement, funny tales and in depth reports and also for his amazing hard work with the C25K 50x50 team

IannodaTruffe, because he always takes the time to offer very sound advice to newbies; he's definitely helped me with my progress so far. Also, his posts are very entertaining!

Absolutely all of the above for different stories and encouragement. How about the one that made us laugh the most or how about the contender for the most replies.

i would also like to put in a plug for Delia.

Great post :-)

Too many...but the first person to really get me believing was TJ. Cheers

Me too - TJ was my inspiration, the one who held up the light at the end of the tunnel for us all to see the way through the darkness. How poetic ...

People -- this is so, so hard!

When Sue and I met up in Bloomsbury on Monday -- very Virginia Woolf and John Maynard Keynes, n'est pas? -- she had a list of over eighty names of "Old Gangers" and beyond, all of whom could be nominated for some reason or other. So we definitely need categories -- As well as the truly high achievers (Phil; Swan; Aftabs etc.) and super supporters (and crickey there are lots of those! OldGirl; Rollertoaster etc.) Just for starters, how about "Best supporting partner?" (e.g.; Mrs Ned; Mrs Danzargo; Mrs Malcy; JiucyJu Junior etc.) -- "Best performance in a kayak" -- didn't mean that to sound ambiguous, honest -- and, of course we need a jury. This is getting complicated!

I just think you are all great!

[Btw have a brilliant idea for the meet up -- more later]
