I'm sitting in an ice bath typing this after my graduation run (couldn't wait to tell you guys haha!) and I can't believe it!!
W1D1 was on the 20/05/13 and I never ever thought I'd get to this point, I'm just so happy!
I would be never have been able to do the Race for Life last week without the program or this forum so thank you for the support and motivation!
I had to give myself a stern talking to a couple of times but I plodded on and covered 4.2k in 30 mins so I'm over the moon with that!
I'm going celebrate by registering with my local park run! And emailing for my badge of course!
Thank you again and good luck to those on their way to graduation!
