Should have got up a bit earlier as although out and plodding by 9 am it was already hot. But W9R1 done and cant believe I'm nearly there.

Race for Life in three weeks in St Albans so if anyone else is there look out for me .I am the oldie,overweight and very red person plodding over the finish line plugged into Laura.

Well done! I dream of getting that far in the programme! I was very silly and got up early this morning, but didn't run until about 11am! Good luck in Race for Life and I am sure that you will look great!
