sorry Jany could only get to 5.6k in 28mins but did pb 5k in 24:36. Had such a good run today still buzzing off it

all credit to everyone here who keeps me laughing and motivated and jelous(i want to run in a forest in Gothenburg) thanks for helping me do the first bit of exersize in years and stick to it.
