So far so good - the bike session involved practising exiting the swim and getting on the bike a couple of times; was absolutely exhausted. Its the run session tomorrow not sure how that will go.
Would like to do a tri but the two clubs that are closest would still need me to use public transport. At the moment I am using the sessions to see if I am up to the challenge of doing a triathlon,

Sounds very interesting, I'm interested in maybe trying a Tri instead of increasing my distance, but still mulling it over.
