On Week 3 Run 2 - Tried running (when I say running what I actually mean is shuffling) up a hill (small incline) yesterday and thought of you with the hills in your area.

Won't be doing this again in a hurry. My calves hurt like hell.

Just wanted to see how you were getting on. You CAN do it.
