Am I the only person who finds downloading the podcasts onto an iPod very difficult? I managed to get the first 9 weeks on, but have spent nearly an hour trying to get C25+ on.... a

If you download the 5k+ podcasts individually from nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Couch-to..., they arrive as basic mp3 files, which are much easier to transfer and play.

Thank you - I will give this a try! I could have done 2 runs in the time it took me to grind my teeth, tear my hair out.... and nearly chuck the computer out !!! So, so, so frustrating!

...but I WILL persevere!

a Tragedy - I managed to download them, thank you, but I then went for a run and it poured with rain.... my iPod got wet, and although it has been sitting in rice for a couple of days, I think it has had it..... !

Sounds so familiar!

I managed to download Sam's B210K onto my laptop, finally got it onto my phone today, but my phone says NO! The phone will not have any of it, I spent so long messing about with it I had to just do a 30 minute Stepping Stones run instead (as had to shower, have food, do dishwasher, load washing machine etc before leaving for night shift).... :-(

Have had a nice night so far at work, and finally managed to purchase a running music album, download it to my phone (sync'sing everything was the secret I was missing for about 30 minutes!) and have got it to work with Runkeeper, so now can try something other than Laura; although I may be tempted to keep with her for Parkrun on Saturday as I know her pacing etc! :-)

Now, about that B210K..... :-)

I'm so glad I'm not the only one.... I've also treated myself to a Garmin watch, which is great fun, but in spite of following the instructions to the letter, I haven't been able to load the app to enable me to transfer the info to the computer... I don't think I'm dim, but it all seems to be much more tricky than it needs to be !

Running is much simpler - but who said it was a cheap sport???

Well done on getting to 10k - I'm consolidating my 3 miles, trying to get quicker as 34.58 is my fastest so far x

Thanks I'm not at 10k yet, that's why I was trying to get the b210k on my phone, furthest I have done is 7.75km. Your 5k time is faster than mine too, well done! Goals to aim for! :-)
