Have had another short break (couple of weeks) from running because of shin splints. Caught them right at the beginning before they got too bad luckily but still have only this week got back into some runs. 20 minute ones feel good at the moment so I think I'm going to do a couple of weeks of those and just really try and settle y legs into running regularly again. Couch to 5k second time around seems harder than the first?!
